What Milly Did This Week: August 30-September 5

We kicked Sunday off with breakfast at the diner.

Mommy says I liked this place before I was even born.

And then I got a new toy, a baby doll with hair that I can comb.

Monday rolled around and we went to Mommy and Me class.

I had so much fun on the playground.

And they have my favorite kinds of balls, too.

Look at me on the big girl swing.

I had breakfast with baby on Tuesday. She is my new most favorite thing.

And then it was back to the Temple.

They have trikes, too.

When I came home, Mommy got me more new toys: books ...

And a backpack!

And then Daddy's friend Alex came to visit all the way from France.

Abuela and Tia Ruthie came over to keep me company while Mommy went to book club.

By Wednesday, Baby and I had truly bonded.

And I learned a new word.

Listen for yourself. I can say "strawberry."

Does this hat look good on me?

Thursday started out with a trip to see Dr. O. I'm weighing in these days at 24 .4 pounds.

OK, I'll let you stick that in my ear, but only if you try it first.

Now it's my turn.

Is that an instrument in my mouth?

It sure is, because it's music class!

Mommy isn't the only one who loves yoga.

On Friday I got a trip back to see Brian at Aqua Child because I just stopped floating.

But as soon as Brian got me in the pool I started right back up again. I was just playing a trick on Mommy and Daddy because I'm so smart. Turns out they were the ones who needed the refresher, not me.

I still love Baby. This is the longest I've ever clung to one toy.

Time to play dress up.

Daddy got his hairs cut on Saturday.

I watched.

And then I took Baby for a stroll down Lincoln Road.

There was lots of stuff to see.

Like birds and dogs. I waved to all of them.

Next up, a party at Izzy's house.

Stella was there, too.

We had some snacks.

My favorite was this big bowl of stuff.

Just hanging out with Stella.

And sharing my Os.

Hey, look, it's Uncle Warren.

Not only does Izzy have fun furniture, he sure does know how to throw a party!
